Bob & Judy (wife & Assistant), joined Armstrong Realty following Bob's very successful career with Fleetwood Enterprises a Fortune 500 company where he held several key management positions in both sales and marketing. In addition they have actively owned and managed several rental houses and built their own custom home in the exclusive Hawarden Piedmont Estates in Riverside where they have resided the past 20 years. Their career at Coldwell Banker Armstrong Properties has been extremely successful and rewarding evidenced by them being top producers the past 7 years straight (2002-2008). Beginning 2006 Bob & Judy received their certification to be Preview Property Specialists which makes them uniquely qualified to represent buyers and sellers of high-end luxury homes. In addition on Sept 6th, 2006 Bob passed the state Brokers exam in San Diego and received his Brokers license on Sept 13th, 2006. Family has always been a top priority for the Burns who moved to Riverside in 1973 from Indiana with their two daughters Michelle and Heidi. Their daughters are now married both living less than one mile apart in South Corona which is perfect for Bob and Judy because they can not only see them both at the same time but they can spoil their precious granddaughters Kylee and Kaelynn & grandsons Caleb, Camden, and Clayton.
