My name is Sandy McNutt, and I am a Real Estate agent with Coldwell Banker Armstrong Properties in Riverside. I am a member of the Inland Empire Board of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Multiple Listing Service.
I have earned the designation of Graduate Realtor Institute, GRI, which is an intensive 90 hour course, generally considered by many real estate professionals to be the most advanced and comprehensive training program available to real estate agents in North America. This course is desgined to improve marketing and negotiating skills, provide an understanding of the newest disclosures and legal aspects of real estate, and improve our knowledge of current trends in financing. I believe that this course was necessary to allow me to provide the best service to my clients and I have been successful becuase of it. I was proud to earn the Century 21 Masters Ruby award in 2006 for high production and quality service, and even in the current market have been named Most Pending and Most Closed agent for several months in a row. I specialize in good customer service and communication through out the transaction, and I would appreciate the opportunity to represent you.
I graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in Textiles and Interior Design, with a minor in Business Administration. After graduation I was in sales for 16 years, where I learned the self-discipline that it takes to run a business. I found that with good customer service, attention to detail, and knowledge of my product, I could cultivate customers that stayed with me for years.
I am married, with two children,13 and 15 years old, and have lived in Riverside for 11 years. I have been active in several community groups, such as Junior League and the Newcomers Club, and am a member of Magnolia Presbyterian Church. I also have been on the site council of my children’s elementary school and a school volunteer for years. I enjoyed my time working in the schools so well that I became a substitute teacher at Poly High School for 5 years. I have been President and board member of my daughters’ swim team, Tidal Waves, and a parent volunteer at Riverside Aquatics.
